Responsibilities
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to guide growth strategy.
Drive cash flow management and working capital optimization.
Develop and monitor KPIs and dashboards for revenue, costs, and pipelines.
Provide strategic financial guidance to executive team for decision making.
Lead fundraising efforts and investor relations to support expansion.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising growth.
Build scalable financial processes and systems to support rapid growth.
Manage treasury functions and risk management to safeguard assets.
Lead annual audit and liaise with external auditors.
Develop talent within the finance team and promote merit-based advancement.
Experience/Qualifications
CPA/CA or equivalent, with strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge.
10+ years finance leadership, preferably in growth-stage companies.
Proven experience in fundraising and investor relations.
Fluent in building scalable FP&A processes and dashboards.
Strong cash flow, working capital, and treasury management skills.
Track record of implementing internal controls and audit readiness.
Strategic advisory mindset with ahigh emphasis on KPIs and data-driven decisions.
Talent development: experience building and mentoring finance teams.
Experience in risk management and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
On-site availability with ability to collaborate closely with executive team.
