Fundraising Sales Representative | Vanguards Team

Location: Greater Toronto Area, Ontario

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Optional: Stay until 8:00 p.m. and weekend opportunities

The Vanguards are growing, and we're looking for confident, outgoing and motivated people to join our face-to-face fundraising team.

In this role, you'll connect directly with members of the public, introduce them to an important charitable cause, answer questions and invite interested individuals to become monthly donors.

Sales experience is welcome, but it isn't everything. Your attitude, communication skills, work ethic and willingness to learn matter most.

We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching and opportunities to develop your skills and grow into a team leadership role.

What You'll Do

- Start respectful and engaging conversations with people in the field

- Explain the charitable cause and monthly donation program clearly

- Answer questions and help interested donors complete their enrolment

- Work toward individual and team goals

- Participate in coaching, training and team meetings

- Develop your communication, sales and leadership skills

- Comfortable working as part of a goal-oriented team

Compensation & Training

This is a commission-based position.

Your first week includes paid training of $400 or your earned commission, whichever amount is higher.

High performers also have the opportunity to earn a $500 weekly Top Producer Bonus when the qualifying target of 25 or more deals is achieved.

Full commission, compensation and bonus terms will be clearly explained during the interview.
