Field Representative

The Vanguards are expanding, and we're seeking outgoing, motivated individuals to join our dynamic face-to-face fundraising team.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Overtime optional
• Weekends optional

We offer comprehensive hands-on training and ongoing coaching, with clear pathways to leadership roles.

Payment:

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $400
• Commission: $800 – $1200+ On-Target Earnings

Position Overview:

You will engage members of the public in meaningful conversations about a charitable cause, answer their questions, and encourage interested individuals to become monthly donors.

What you'll do

• Start respectful conversations with people in the field.
• Explain the cause and monthly donation program clearly.
• Help interested donors complete their enrollment.
• Work toward individual and team goals
• Take part in coaching and team meetings.

While sales experience is an asset, we value your attitude, communication skills, and eagerness to learn above all.
