We're looking for an energetic, hardworking Lot Attendant who loves being around cars, enjoys staying active and takes pride in getting things done right.

This isn't a job where you'll be watching the clock. Every day brings something different, and there's always something happening.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As our Lot Attendant, you'll help keep our vehicles, inventory and dealership looking their absolute best.

• Work with great cars every day! Move, park and organize a wide variety of vehicles across our dealership.

• Keep our lot looking incredible. Make sure vehicles are lined up, clean, properly displayed and ready to impress.

• Welcome new arrivals. Check incoming vehicles, verify their condition, mileage, VINs and keys, and prepare them for display.

• Get vehicles showroom-ready. Install DRIVEN plate frames, window displays and dealership materials.

• Be part of the action. Move vehicles between our sales, service and detailing departments.

• Help create amazing customer experiences. Make sure vehicles are clean, fuelled and ready for test drives and customer appointments.

• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery. Install licence plates, complete final checks and help make pickup day special.

• Keep everything organized. Track vehicle locations, maintain our key system and help keep inventory moving.

• Support our online showroom. Assist with vehicle photography and online inventory preparation.

• Be our go-to person. Help with local vehicle pickups, drop-offs and other dealership-related errands.

• Take pride in our property. Help maintain a clean, safe and professional dealership environment year-round, including snow clearing and seasonal lot maintenance.

• Support the team. Assist sales, service and management with daily vehicle and inventory needs.

Dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory. We're happy to train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Valid Ontario G driver's licence with a clean, insurable driving record.

• Confidence driving and parking different types of vehicles.

• Ability to safely perform the physical duties of the position.

• Willingness to work outdoors year-round, including in rain, snow, summer heat and winter cold.

• Basic comfort using smartphones, apps and computers.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Previous dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory.
