Technical Sales Support - EHT

Our client is a well-established manufacturer and provider of specialized industrial heating solutions serving customers across North America and international markets. They are seeking a Technical Sales Support Specialist to support customer inquiries, prepare technical quotations, and assist with the development of customized solutions for industrial and commercial applications. Key Responsibilities: - Review and evaluate customer RFQs, RFPs, and project inquiries. - Communicate with customers to gather technical requirements and project specifications. - Prepare detailed quotations, estimates, and preliminary technical solutions. - Provide product recommendations and technical support throughout the sales process. - Coordinate quotation, proposal, and estimating activities for assigned territories. - Follow up on quotations and assist customers with product and application inquiries. - Support sales partners and internal teams through product knowledge and technical guidance. - Maintain accurate records of customer communications, quotations, and project information. Qualifications: - Electrical trade certification, Electrical Engineering Technology diploma, CET designation, or equivalent technical education preferred. - Experience in technical sales, sales support, estimating, customer service, or project coordination within an industrial environment. - Knowledge of electrical, instrumentation, automation, industrial heating, or related technical products. - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. - Experience using ERP, CRM, or business management software is considered an asset. - Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to build strong customer relationships and manage multiple priorities effectively.
