We're hiring a 310T or 421A Mechanic to work on a solid mix of heavy trucks and construction equipment. This is a steady, full-time role with a well-run operation just outside Ottawa—no nonsense, no constant layoffs, just good equipment and a strong crew.

If you can diagnose issues without guessing, handle real repairs (not just parts swapping), and want a place you can stick long-term—this is it.

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair trucks and heavy equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Handle major component work (engines, hydraulics, driveline)
• Use diagnostic software + hands-on troubleshooting
• Test equipment to make sure it's job-ready
• Keep basic service records up to date
• Work with a solid team and help out junior techs when needed

What You Need

✔ 310T License OR 421A License (Red Seal preferred)
✔ Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
✔ Own tools
✔ Valid driver's license (clean abstract)

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Welding / fabrication experience
• Background in construction or fleet environments
• Experience with OEM diagnostic programs

Schedule Options

Day Shift: Monday–Friday
Afternoon Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
