About the Role
Springbank Mechanical Systems Ltd. is looking for an organized and reliable HVAC Dispatcher to join our team in Mississauga. In this role, you will play a critical part in our day-to-day operations by coordinating technician schedules, managing dispatching, and maintaining inventory and order processing to ensure smooth service delivery for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispatching & Coordination: Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians to service calls and job sites efficiently based on schedule, location, and priority.
- Order & Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering, receiving, and tracking of HVAC equipment, parts, and materials to ensure jobs are fully stocked and completed on time.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, perform routine stock checks, and manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact between technicians, vendors, and clients to provide updates on scheduling and service delays.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in HVAC, mechanical service dispatching, or logistics scheduling is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Familiarity with inventory tracking, purchasing, and stock receiving processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with dispatching software, CRM platforms, or standard office applications.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 CAD annually (commensurate with experience)
- Health Benefits: Extended Health, Dental, and Vision coverage
- Paid Time Off: 2 weeks of paid vacation
