SKILLED SIDING INSTALLER / FOREMAN WANTED

We're looking for an experienced Siding Installer / Foreman to join our team.

This position is for someone who knows the trade, takes pride in their work, and can help keep a crew productive and a job running properly.

We're not looking for someone who needs to be taught the basics. We're looking for someone who can step onto a job, understand the scope, solve problems, and produce quality work.

What we're looking for:

• Strong siding installation experience
• Experience with vinyl siding, soffit, fascia and eavestrough
• Hardie / fibre cement experience is a big asset
• Able to read and understand work orders and job scopes
• Able to measure, cut and install accurately
• Comfortable working at heights
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Able to lead or help lead a crew
• Good communication with management, homeowners and other trades
• Keeps the jobsite organized and productive
• Valid driver's licence preferred
• Reliable transportation is an asset

For the right person, the Foreman role includes:

• Leading a siding / exterior crew
• Reviewing the full job scope before starting
• Organizing labour and daily production
• Making sure materials and equipment are ready
• Quality control throughout the job
• Tracking extras and changes
• Completing job paperwork and photos
• Helping train and develop less experienced installers
• Making sure the job gets finished properly and efficiently
