Worklynx Recruitment Inc. is hiring a permanent part-time Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk for a client in Burlington, ON.

About the Role
We're seeking an experienced AR Clerk to support accurate and timely accounts receivable operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across Accounting, Project Management, and Operations.notl+1

Key Duties

Receive, review, and code vendor invoices and employee expense reports
Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies
Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on delinquent payments
Post customer payments (cash, EFT, e-transfer)
Issue invoices and credit notes as requested
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Assist with monthly bank/credit card reconciliations and month-end AR reporting
Ensure financial deadlines and company policies are metnotl+2

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
3+ years of experience in accounts payable/receivable or related role
Experience with multiple currencies and banking processes
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skillsnotl+2
