We are hiring on behalf of our client for the following position:
Responsibilities:
- Read the bill of material to interpret pick lists.
- Locate and pull precise quantities of inventory from yard locations.
- Sort, group, and package related parts, components, or sub-assemblies into organized, ready-to-use kits for production or outgoing shipments.
- Report discrepancies or low stock.
- Safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift).
- Collaborate and communicate effectively as a team player while maintaining high productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Use a chop saw to create dunnage for shipments (familiarity with shop tools is a bonus).
- Perform continuous standing, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and walking throughout the shift.
Qualifications:
- Experience/background in warehouse picking with a manufacturing background.
- Forklift certified.
