- Technical Maintenance & Commissioning:Install, troubleshoot, and service bulk gas systems, piping networks, electronic controls, and instrumentation.
- Mechanical & Mechanical Trades Support:Perform specialized pipefitting, welding, and brazing in accordance with technical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Project Oversight:Coordinate on-site contractors, execute equipment commissioning, and manage work orders using company-issued digital reporting tools.
- Operational Readiness:Complete regular field documentation and participate in an after-hours emergency response rotation.
- Location:Must reside in or near the Hamilton or St. Catharines, ON area.
- Credentials:Post-secondary trade qualification or Journeyman ticket (Electrical, Instrumentation, Refrigeration, Welding, or related industrial trade).
- Experience:35 years of hands-on industrial field service experience (cryogenic, atmospheric, or compressed gas system experience preferred).
- Technical Skills:Proficient in reading complex schematics/blueprints, operating MS Office (Excel), and executing diagnostic troubleshooting independently.
- Physical & Logistics:Valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, comfortable working outdoors, and open to flexible scheduling/overtime as required.
- Starting Rate:$39.05/hour with clear, competency-based wage progression milestones.
- Vehicle & Tech:Fully outfitted take-home service truck, company phone, laptop, tablet, and corporate credit card.
