Multi-Unit Quick Service Restaurant Area Manager
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Multi-Unit Restaurant Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of up to 10 locations.
This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment. The Role This is a hands-on, field-based leadership position rather than a traditional Monday-to-Friday office role. Your schedule will vary from week to week and will include some evenings and weekends. The majority of your time will be spent visiting your restaurant locations, working directly with the management team and their teams to strengthen operations, develop leadership capabilities, and drive overall business performance. - Lead, coach, and develop teams for up to 10 locations.
- Build strong internal talent pipelines and ensure locations are fully staffed with trained, engaged, and high-performing teams.
- Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and operational support to Restaurant General Managers and their teams.
- Drive sales, profitability, and overall financial performance across your assigned locations.
- Identify and support local store marketing initiatives that drive traffic and strengthen community presence.
- Create a strong employee experience focused on engagement, development, accountability, and retention.
- Ensure all locations consistently meet brand, operational, food safety, service, and quality standards.
- Develop Restaurant General Managers to become stronger leaders who can successfully grow both their teams and their businesses.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven multi-unit leadership experience within QSR hospitality environments.
- Experience leading and developing Restaurant General Managers or other senior restaurant leaders.
- A demonstrated track record of developing talent and creating opportunities for internal growth and advancement.
- Strong coaching and people-development skills with the ability to positively influence teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- A collaborative, energetic, and hands-on leadership style.
- The ability to effectively balance people leadership, operational excellence, guest experience, and financial performance.
- Post-secondary education is considered an asset.
- A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Flexibility to work a changing schedule, including evenings and weekends when required.
