Gecko Hospitality is recruiting a Senior Marketing Manager for a rapidly growing restaurant group. With restaurants across Canada, this is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing leader who can turn customer insights into campaigns that drive traffic, sales, and franchisee engagement. You'll lead marketing plans working with operations, franchise partners, and external agencies to bring ideas from concept to execution.
What you'll do

• Develop annual marketing plans, campaign calendars, and budgets.
• Lead brand, digital, social media, loyalty, and local marketing initiatives.
• Use customer and sales data to identify opportunities and measure campaign results.
• Partner with franchisees and operations leaders to execute programs consistently.
• Manage agencies, creative development, and promotional launches.
• Present clear recommendations and results to senior leadership.

What you bring

• Senior marketing experience in restaurants, food service, retail, or another multi-location business.
• A track record of campaigns that improved customer engagement and business results.
• Strong digital marketing, brand management, and budget skills.
• The ability to build productive relationships with franchisees and cross-functional teams.
• A practical, hands-on approach to getting work done.
