• Provide friendly, professional guest service and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

• Prepare fresh, accurate, and high-quality products according to company standards.

• Maintain proper product quantities, shelf life, temperatures, and inventory levels.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, handwashing, and waste-reduction procedures.

• Support fast and accurate service during busy periods and assist the front counter when needed.

• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service.

• Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

• Handle guest concerns professionally and support service recovery.

• Follow workplace health and safety requirements and report hazards, injuries, or incidents.

• Use equipment and personal protective equipment safely and correctly.
  We also offer a $2.00 premium for midnight shifts, bringing the starting wage to $19.95 per hour.
