What We're Looking For

• Red Seal Automotive Service Technician Certification
• Strong diagnostic, repair, and maintenance experience
• Chrysler/Stellantis experience is considered an asset
• Pride in workmanship and commitment to quality repairs
• Ability to consistently perform in a flat-rate environment
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Schedule: Full-Time, Permanent

Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 per year

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns
• Performing maintenance, inspections, and manufacturer-recommended repairs
• Completing road tests and quality control checks
• Communicating repair recommendations with Service Advisors
• Performing repairs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
• Following manufacturer procedures and dealership safety standards
