User Research Sourcing: Create user interview topic maps and scripts; conduct user interviews and synthesize written observations into structured research findings reports.
Technical Architecture Mapping: Design comprehensive technical service blueprints mapping end-to-end service delivery processes, infrastructure support systems, and organizational roles alongside user storyboards and business KPIs.
Inception Showcases: Run Science Fair Day alignment sessions to showcase early discovery findings to outside stakeholders and establish the Alpha phase roadmap.
Phase 2: Alpha
• Design Sprint Ideation: Conduct Google Ventures 5-Day Design Sprints to iterate concepts rapidly.
• Prototyping & Testing: Build interactive, clickable prototypes of multiple potential designs and validate them via iterative usability testing sessions.
• Funding Proposals: Document process and policy shifts needed to support the new service; draft comprehensive business proposals to secure Beta funding with prioritized feature backlogs and delivery KPIs.
Phase 3: Beta
• Agile Sourcing Management: Track user story creation and validation exactly one iteration ahead of development squads within a strict Scrum environment (Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Retrospectives).
• Iterative Asset Enhancements: Conduct visual sketching workshops, build high-fidelity interface designs, validate them through further user interviews, and secure product owner sign-off.
• Compliance Checks: Lead accessibility compliance and usability testing inside every individual product iteration to establish a Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
Phase 4: Live
• Continuous System Optimization: Monitor live builds through ongoing user research, analytics audits, and behavior pattern tracking to measure core target KPIs.
• Production Integrity Checks: Perform ongoing accessibility compliance checkouts and usability testing cycles as functional upgrades reach active production.
