Customer Serivce

You will be working in a family-owned industrial supply company as a customer service representative. Duties will include:

• Answering phones
• Getting orders off the website, from emails, as well as through calls and texts the owner receives when speaking with clients
• Sending quotes
• Taking credit card payments
• Sending order confirmations to customers
• Invoicing
• Ensuring all orders are accurate
• Setting up products on the website
• Sourcing items they may not carry if a customer inquires, then getting quotes from vendors
• Handling chemical PO numbers
• Occasionally assisting in the back order picking when needed (very light product)
