M3 Staffing is hiring Roofers & Roofing Labourers

We're looking for reliable and hardworking individuals with all levels of roofing experience, from general labourers and roofing helpers to experienced roofers. Various roofing and construction projects are available throughout Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.

Whether you have basic construction experience or several years of roofing experience, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities May Include:
• Assisting with roofing installation, repairs, and removal
• Loading, unloading, and moving roofing materials
• Roofing tear-offs and site preparation
• Installing or assisting with shingles and other roofing materials
• Using hand and power tools
• Site setup, clean-up, and debris removal
• Assisting experienced roofers and supervisors
• Following site and fall-protection safety procedures
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:
• General construction, labour, or roofing experience
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
• Physically able to perform roofing and general labour duties
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Own PPE: hard hat, safety vest, gloves, and safety boots

Experience Levels Welcome:
• General Labourer / Roofing Helper
• Entry-Level Roofer
• Experienced Roofer
• Roofing Lead / Skilled Roofer

Nice to Have:
• Experience with shingles, flat roofing, torch-on, or other roofing systems
• Fall Protection certification
• WHMIS or First Aid certification
• Reliable transportation

Pay: Based on roofing experience, skills, and assignment.
