Laser Welder

We are currently looking for an experienced Laser Welder to join our manufacturing team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with laser welding and be able to produce high-quality, consistent welds in a production environment.

Job Requirements

• Hands-on experience with laser welding
• Experience using IPG Light WELD is preferred
• Experience with similar laser welding equipment will also be considered
• Ability to work independently and maintain good quality
• Comfortable working the 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM shift
• Manufacturing or metalworking experience is an asset
• Must have safety shoes

Job Duties

• Laser weld metal parts according to specifications
• Follow welding specifications and quality requirements
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Maintain consistent weld quality and production output
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work efficiently in a production environment
• Production volume is approximately 5,000 pieces per month
