This is an excellent opportunity for skilled and dependable machine operators with previous manufacturing experience who are comfortable operating production equipment, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high-quality output in a fast-paced industrial environment. • Strong focus on workplace safety and employee support Who We're Looking For • Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Reliable personal vehicle is required, as the site is not accessible by public transit.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience operating and monitoring production equipment.
• Comfortable using precision measuring tools such as gauges and calipers.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to identify defects, machine faults, and production issues.
• Good communication skills with supervisors and team members.
• Ability to maintain accurate production, quality, and safety records.
• Ability to work independently while following established procedures and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities • Prepare equipment for production runs, including cleaning, calibration, and changeovers.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain production targets.
• Inspect finished parts using gauges, calipers, and other precision measuring equipment.
• Perform routine equipment checks throughout the shift.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues as they arise.
• Monitor production output and identify defects or machine faults early.
• Maintain accurate records related to production, quality, and safety.
• Follow all workplace safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Identify potential workplace hazards and report them to supervisors immediately. Physical & Work Environment Requirements • Work in an industrial manufacturing environment with dust, noise, changing temperatures, and occasional chemical exposure.
• Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Regularly bend, kneel, crouch, reach, twist, and climb, including using ladders.
• Perform repetitive hand movements and frequent gripping.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull moderate to heavy loads.
