PICK & PACK ASSOCIATE – PHARMACEUTICAL HEALTH PRODUCTS

Location: Scarborough, ON
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Shift: Day Shift

Position Overview

We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Pick & Pack Associates to join a growing distribution environment handling pharmaceutical and health-related products.

The successful candidates will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, packing products for shipment, and ensuring all items are handled carefully and according to company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products according to customer orders and pick lists
• Pack pharmaceutical and health products carefully and securely for shipment
• Verify product descriptions, quantities, and order information
• Inspect products for damage or discrepancies before packing
• Label and prepare orders for shipping
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company procedures related to product handling, safety, and quality control
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or other issues to a supervisor
• Perform other general warehouse duties as required

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, pick/pack, order fulfillment, or distribution experience is an asset
• Experience handling pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical, or other regulated products is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and company procedures
