Job Position: Controller (Full Time Position).
We are a Real Estate Developer, Design Builder, General Contractor and Landlord of office, commercial and industrial buildings.
The role is to support all aspects of accounting management:

• Billing - Reporting Reconciliations - Budgets - Audits - Month-end Closing - Year-end Closing.
• Preparation of Financial Statements in compliance with official guidelines and requirements.
• Manage journal entries and invoices.
• Review the company's accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies of imbalances.

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of GAAP (General Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulations.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
• Understanding of date analysis and forecasting.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel.
• Experience in JONAS is preferable.
• Working knowledge of Construction and Property Management as well as Development.
• Experience with full-cycle accounts payable.
• Well organized and ability to prioritize.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Minimum 7 years of experience.
