WELDERS and FITTERS

Join our team as a Welder/Fitter where you will play a crucial role in fabricating and assembling metal parts according to blueprints and specifications. Your expertise in welding, fitting, and mechanical knowledge will be essential in contributing to the production process.

Duties:
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements.
- Perform welding and fitting tasks using various techniques such as plasma cutting and caliper measurements.
- Utilize crane and forklift equipment to move materials and finished products.
- Assemble components accurately to ensure proper alignment and structural integrity.
- Conduct machining tasks as needed to modify metal parts for assembly.
- Demonstrate proficiency in mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Experience:
- Proven experience in blueprint reading, welding, and fitting processes.
- Familiarity with operating crane, plasma cutting equipment, forklifts, and calipers.
- Ability to assemble components accurately based on specifications.
- Experience in machining tasks and mechanical knowledge is highly desirable.
