The Construction Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations for infrastructure projects, commercial buildings, and residential developments at a single local site. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role will lead a small field team of fewer than 10 employees, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution while coordinating materials, tracking progress, and maintaining clear communication with clients. The advancement path for this position is Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction site activities and field team operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements and site procedures.
- Monitor construction quality and address issues promptly.
- Track project progress and communicate updates to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate materials and support timely delivery to the site.
- Conduct regular site inspections.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in construction site supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Blueprint reading skills.
- Experience with quality control and project documentation.
- Strong background and experience in formworks and concrete works
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
