Elms Weeping Tile is looking for a reliable, hardworking Full-Time Labourer to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting with residential foundation waterproofing and weeping tile installation.
- Digging, shoveling, lifting and moving materials.
- Operating and working around construction equipment.
- Helping prepare and maintain job sites.
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Working as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently.
- Keeping work areas clean and organized.
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable and punctual.
- Physically fit and comfortable with hard, outdoor work.
- Willing to learn and take direction.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Safety-minded with a positive attitude.
- Previous construction or labour experience is an asset, but willing to train the right person.
- Valid driver's license is required.

This role is based in Acheson, AB.
The salary is $19.00–$25.00 per hour.
You will assist with residential foundation waterproofing and weeping tile installation, dig and move materials, operate around construction equipment, prepare and maintain job sites, load and unload materials, and work as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently.
Valid driver's license is required. Previous construction or labour experience is an asset, but the right person can be trained.
This is a full-time position that involves outdoor, physically demanding work and collaboration within a team to complete projects safely.
Candidates should be reliable, punctual, physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work, safety-minded with a positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
