Job DescriptionAccountabilities:
- Effectively interacting with patients, physicians and staff
- Reception
- Clerical support
- Bookings
- Record data
- Payroll entry
- Chart management
- Telephone answering
- Routine purchase orders related to supplies (receiving and organizing same)
- Other related duties as assigned
- Grade 12 Business and Commerce and one year community college
- Medical terminology required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Word processing skills and computer experience
- Basic accounting
- Recent payroll experience
- Flexibility to meet the needs of a fast-paced environment
- Recent booking experience an asset
- Excellent attendance, punctuality and work record
- Ability to travel between and work at all Osler sites
- Must demonstrate Osler's Values of Respect, Excellence, Service, Compassion, Innovation and Collaboration
Additional Information
DURATION: Approximately three (3) months or until the previous incumbent returns.
Hours: Currently Days/Evenings, 8 hours including weekends and statutory holidays (subject to change in accordance with operational requirements)
Salary:
Minimum: $26.31 per hour
Maximum: $28.49 per hour
