Billing Coordinator – Supply Chain Solutions
Mississauga, ON

Shift Timing: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Summary

Create and submit client invoices with accordance to the client service agreement with high accuracy, under strict timelines, and be compliant with company policies and procedures

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Verify system-generated invoicing amounts and ensure compliance with the service agreement
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve any client invoicing related issues
• Communicate with other billing team members and the operations team to verify and resolve any invoicing related issues
• Other invoicing duties as required

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience in a similar role
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong proficiency in MS Office computer operating systems specifically in Excel
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Fast learner and proactive
• Ability to establish and maintain company processes and procedures
• Loves to learn new things and always eager to help
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to maintain a strong work ethic while working remotely
• General knowledge of basic accounting principals considered an asset

Education:

• Completion of secondary school
• College diploma is preferred

Experience:

• Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience
