We are searching for experienced, licensed Industrial Mechanic Millwrights to join a leading plastics recycling manufacturer in Sarnia. This company recovers post-consumer plastic packaging and turns it into recycled resin for the industrial, automotive, consumer, and agriculture markets. You will keep sorting, shredding, granulation, and extrusion equipment running safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

We are searching for experienced, licensed Industrial Mechanic Millwrights to join a leading plastics recycling manufacturer in Sarnia. This company recovers post-consumer plastic packaging and turns it into recycled resin for the industrial, automotive, consumer, and agriculture markets. You will keep sorting, shredding, granulation, and extrusion equipment running safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot sorting, shredding, granulation, and extrusion equipment, including bearings, gearboxes, and belt conveyors
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, pumps, and compressed air equipment
- Service high-power electric motor-driven machinery
- Complete preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
- Perform welding, fabrication, rigging, and equipment installation
- Read drawings, specifications, and manuals
- Carry out basic electrical maintenance, including motor wiring, within your qualifications
- Follow safety, ISO, and lockout/tagout procedures while monitoring equipment performance and hazards
- Valid Ontario Industrial Mechanic Millwright Certificate of Qualification (433A)
- Minimum 8 years of industrial millwright experience in a heavy manufacturing setting
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting of industrial machinery, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Welding, fabrication, rigging, machine shop, and equipment repair experience
- Ability to read mechanical drawings
- Ability to work safely on a busy production site
