Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000 + Strong Commission

First-Year Earning Potential: $100K OTE

The Opportunity

An established and successful Canadian staffing firm is confidentially seeking an experienced 360 Recruiter to develop and grow a white-collar temporary and permanent staffing desk.

This is an opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys both sides of the staffing business — opening new client doors and finding exceptional candidates.

You'll have the freedom to develop business across Canada while benefiting from an established infrastructure, extensive candidate and client database, strong technology and experienced leadership.

This is not a heavily managed environment. The successful person will be trusted to take ownership of their desk, develop relationships and build a profitable business.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll manage the complete 360 recruitment cycle, including:

• Prospecting and developing new client relationships
• Identifying temporary and permanent staffing opportunities
• Building relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
• Sourcing, attracting and qualifying strong white-collar candidates
• Matching candidates carefully to client requirements
• Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through placement
• Developing existing and dormant relationships
• Building active client and candidate pipelines
• Working with urgency while maintaining a strong focus on quality
• Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to the wider team's success

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, commercially driven and comfortable creating their own opportunities.

You'll bring:

• Previous staffing and recruitment experience
• Minimum of 2 years working within a 360 recruitment environment
• Confidence in business development and new-client acquisition
• Strong candidate sourcing and relationship-building abilities
• The ability to develop long-term client relationships
• A genuine sense of urgency and strong follow-through
• A quality-focused approach rather than simply sending résumés
• An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
• A collaborative, team-oriented personality
• Comfort working in a busy, open-plan office environment

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $60,000–$70,000, depending on experience.

A strong commission/variable compensation structure provides significant upside, with the potential for a successful recruiter to earn $100,000+ in their first year.

Location

This is an in-office role based in downtown Calgary.

The successful recruiter will have the opportunity to develop business across Canada, rather than being restricted to a small local territory.
