Warehouse Associate - GL - S24 - Day Shift - Brantford

Job Description:
We are looking for reliable General Labor – Warehouse Associates to join our team in Brantford. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks/containers safely and efficiently
  
• Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated locations
  
• Perform regular stock counts and inventory checks
  
• Inspect products for damage or defects and report discrepancies
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies
  
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisor
  
• Use RF scanners or basic computer systems to track inventory (if applicable)
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience is an asset, but not required
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
  
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
  
• Steel-toed boots required
  
• Good communication skills
