Forklift Operator
Shifts:

• Day Shifts

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00/hour, based on experience and location
Locations: Brampton, Mississauga, Vaughan, Etobicoke, Oakville & Toronto

We are currently building our candidate pipeline for upcoming Forklift Operator opportunities across the GTA. We are looking for experienced operators with a strong background in warehouse operations and recent hands-on forklift experience. Successful candidates must be safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working in fast-paced warehouse environments.
Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment
• Pick, stage, and organize orders accurately according to packing slips and company standards
• Receive and verify incoming shipments against documentation
• Put away products into designated racking systems, including push-back racking
• Perform routine quality checks and assist with inventory control
• Shrink-wrap and secure pallets for transportation
• Load and unload trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Complete required logs, shipping documents, and inventory records
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
• Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operating experience
• Valid forklift certification meeting Ontario safety requirements
• Ability to lift 50–60 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Comfortable using RF scanners, warehouse documentation, and basic computer systems
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Candidates must meet all minimum requirements to be considered

Preferred Equipment Experience Experience operating one or more of the following:

• Counterbalance, gas or electric
• Crown Reach
• Reverse Reach
• Double Deep Reach
• Cherry Picker/Order Picker
• Electric Pallet Jack (ECP)
• Push-back racking systems
