General Labour/Assembler
Shifts:

• Day Shifts
• Afternoon Shifts

Pay: $20.00+/hour, based on experience and department
Location: Mississauga, ON
Start Dates: To Be Confirmed – No Immediate Openings
We are currently building our candidate pipeline for upcoming General Labour/Assembler opportunities in Mississauga. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals with previous experience in warehouse, production, assembly, shipping and receiving, fabrication, inventory control, or general manufacturing environments. Successful candidates should be comfortable working in fast-paced, team-oriented industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities Depending on the position and department, responsibilities may include:

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load and unload materials and inventory
• Assist with production and assembly duties
• Perform inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and cycle counts
• Complete quality inspections and ensure products meet company standards
• Read tape measures, work orders, and production specifications
• Use computers for data entry, inventory updates, and shipping documentation
• Package, label, and prepare products according to customer requirements
• Assist with fabrication or paint booth duties depending on the department
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support additional warehouse and manufacturing duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience
• Previous assembly, order picking, packaging, or inventory experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations
• Basic computer skills for inventory and production tracking
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs throughout the shift
• Excellent English communication skills
• CSA-approved safety shoes required
• Reliable transportation to Mississauga work locations

Assets Experience in any of the following would be considered an asset:

• Counterbalance forklift operation
• Shipping and receiving
• Paint booth operations
• Welding
• Sheet metal fabrication
• Reading technical drawings or blueprints
• Manufacturing machine operation
