Spirit Omega Inc. is currently seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate for one of our valued clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys a variety of hands-on tasks and takes pride in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

The successful candidate will assist with warehouse operations, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and light equipment operation. If you are physically fit, safety-conscious, and enjoy a fast-paced workplace, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Handle and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis and heavier items when required using proper lifting techniques.
Package products securely for shipment.
Load and unload incoming and outgoing deliveries.
Receive, inspect, and organize inventory.
Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization.
Operate equipment such as forklifts and material handling equipment when required.
Perform occasional production-related duties, including operating a punch press and similar equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company health and safety procedures.
Perform other warehouse and general labour duties as assignments

Requirements

Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred.

Forklift certification or operating experience is considered a strong asset.

Experience operating industrial equipment or machinery is an asset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Ability to perform physically demanding work in a warehouse setting.
