Bookkeeper Office Manager

A well established HVAC parts distributor in Mississauga has an opening for a Bookkeeper Office Manager.
Sage 50/Simply Accounting experience (3 years+) is a must have to be successful in this role.
Immediate Hire
$50K to $70K depending on experience
Benefits after 3 months
On site, free parking
Central to Hwy 401, 403, 410, 407
Flexible hours (8.5 hours) between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm -
You will be supporting the business and office for all accounting and admin requirements.
Brief outline of responsibilities:
- Full cycle A/R and A/P using Sage 50/Simply Accounting
- Bank reconciliations, maintain general ledger, generating and reviewing reports
- Managing collections
- Handles expenses and billing cycles
- Payroll processing for staff of 6
- Manages staff expense requests
- Office management including office supplies, attending meetings, maintaining employee records
- Manages correspondence of mail and emails
- Ensure data entry is accurate and timely
What you bring:
- 5+ years' of experience in a full cycle accounting/bookkeeping position
- 3+ years' experience with Sage 50/Simply Accounting
- Experience working within a contractor/distribution/supply company an asset
- Experience with A/R including collection calls & follow ups
- Ability to work independently
