- Physical Stamina: Excellent physical strength and stamina for frequent lifting, turning, and transferring safely.
- Experience: Prior experience with high-acuity senior care and overnight mobility tracking is highly preferred.
- Clearances: Current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening.
- Communication: Clear English communication skills to sync seamlessly with the family and medical team.
- Type: Full-time, Live-in (Residing in a Winnipeg residence).
