We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our client's team at their facility in Concord, ON. Previous experience in a Customer Service role within the Transportation industry is required for this job. Shift: Day shifts, 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday Pay: $20.00-22.00/hour Responsibilities: - Customer service - Calculating rates for rail/intermodal - Invoicing - Auditing freight bills - Other duties as required Qualifications: - Customer Service experience within the Transportation industry - Experience calculating rates for rail/intermodal freight - TruckMate experience is a strong asset - Strong computer skills - Excellent administrative and data entry skills - Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment - Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) - Able to work Monday to Friday on the day shift in Concord Apply now!
