As a Beer Brewer specializing in small craft batches using hybrid equipment, you will play a crucial role in developing recipes and overseeing the brewing process from start to finish. Reporting directly to the president, you ensure quality control, maintain sanitation standards, and coordinate packaging to deliver exceptional craft beer products.

Responsibilities

Lead recipe development for small craft batches
Manage all brewing operations using hybrid equipment
Perform quality control and product testing throughout production
Maintain strict sanitation and safety compliance
Conduct regular equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Manage ingredient inventory and coordinate packaging processes
Monitor batches closely and keep accurate production records

Required Qualifications
