Looking for a new opportunity?

We are currently looking for a Project Accountant for our office in Richmond, BC supporting our Western Canadian business unit.

The primary responsibilities of the position will include, but are not limited to:

Lead customer invoicing processes, including construction progress draws, ensuring timely and accurate billing
Oversee vendor invoice entry and prepare cheques with accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with Credit & Collections and Project Managers to ensure timely A/R collections
Prepare and finalize monthly bank reconciliations
Support Project Managers with monthly inventory counts and ensure accurate documentation
Track, analyze, and report on project profitability, identifying cost-saving opportunities

What You'll Bring:

Successful completion of a University Degree or College Diploma
Interest in the construction industry and a willingness to learn and grow within the sector
Past experience in construction booking would be considered an asset
Knowledge of the construction industry would be considered an asset
Positive attitude and willingness to commit to our company
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
A valid driver's license with access to a vehicle
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and fun work environment
