Parts Shipper/Receiver

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Kieswetter Mazda is looking for a reliable, organized, and hardworking Parts Shipper/Receiver & Tire Storage Coordinator to join our Parts Department. This is a full-time position for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced automotive environment and takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming parts shipments
• Verify deliveries and ensure inventory accuracy
• Organize and stock parts in designated storage locations
• Pick, package, and prepare parts for delivery or customer pickup
• Maintain a clean and organized parts warehouse
• Manage seasonal tire storage inventory, including tracking, organizing, and retrieving customer tires
• Assist technicians and service advisors with parts requests
• Operate company vehicles as required for parts movement and deliveries
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

• Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely on a regular basis
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous automotive parts, shipping/receiving, warehouse, or tire storage experience is considered an asset
• Forklift experience is an asset but not required
