WE'RE HIRING | RECEPTIONIST & OUTREACH SPECIALIST
Home Owners Choice Restoration & Six Stars Construction & Restoration Inc. are looking for a professional and motivated Receptionist & Outreach Specialist to join our growing team.
Location: North York, ON
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position: Full-Time | On-Site
Responsibilities include:
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Making outbound outreach calls and following up with potential clients
- Scheduling appointments and consultations
- Maintaining contact lists and records
- Providing general administrative and office support
Requirements:
- Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or outreach experience
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Strong communication and telephone skills
- Fluent in English
- Professional, organized, and reliable
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
