Choices Markets is seeking a motivated and experienced Bakery Lead Hand to support the daily operations of our bakery department. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring high standards of product quality, food safety, customer service, and team execution.

• Oversee day-to-day bakery operations.

• Ensure product quality, freshness, and merchandising standards are maintained.

• Coordinate production schedules and inventory levels.

• Monitor waste and identify opportunities to improve department performance.

• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with product inquiries.

• Collaborate with store leadership to achieve sales and operational objectives.

• Previous bakery, food service, or retail leadership experience preferred.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members.

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a fast-paced environment.
