Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems and related equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable codes
• Ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently, providing residential customers with clear guidance on system use and preventive maintenance
• Build strong, professional relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service and technical expertise
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that enhance system performance and customer comfort
• Collaborate with a supportive and experienced team committed to continuous improvement and high standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold best practices in safety, compliance, and workmanship

What You Bring

• Certification as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (313D)
• Valid Gas Technician II license and Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) certification
• Solid field experience servicing HVAC and water heating systems
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A dependable, professional approach with a strong sense of accountability
• A continuous learning mindset and comfort working with evolving technologies
• Valid driver's license with a commitment to maintaining a professional and safe work environment
