What You'll Do as a Lead Hvac Installer · Oversee and execute professional HVAC installations, ensuring compliance with all codes and standards · Ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently while educating customers on their new equipment · Provide outstanding customer service by building trust and delivering clear, helpful solutions · Promote high-efficiency products and services that enhance home comfort and energy savings · Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and ethical service practices · Keep work vehicles and job sites clean, organized, and professional · Contribute to a team environment focused on continuous improvement and shared success
What You Bring · Ontario 313D Air Conditioning Mechanic or 313A certification · Valid Gas Technician 2 (G2) license and ODP certification · Valid Class G driver's license · Strong technical expertise and adaptability to new technologies · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills · A proactive, team-first approach with a passion for customer satisfaction · Physical readiness to handle the demands of hands-on installation work
