We're hiring Laser Operators in Woodstock, ON!
- Full-time position
- Midnight shift, 10pm-6am
- Starting at $21/hr
- Complete laser machine changeovers and equipment setups according to established work instructions and production requirements
- Perform designated tasks throughout the laser cutting process efficiently and accurately
- Visually inspect and dimensionally verify tubes being cut according to work orders and quality requirements
- Scan long-length tag numbers into the Nova system
- Print cut-length tag numbers from the Nova system
- Perform general equipment maintenance, including oiling, greasing, and cleaning
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
- Follow all established production, quality, and safety procedures
- Basic computer knowledge
- General mechanical knowledge
- Knowledge of workplace safety hazards
- Strong understanding of machine and hand tool safety
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow work instructions and production procedures
