TRG Staffing Solutions is currently hiring Mobile Device Screeners / Warehouse Associates for our client in Mississauga, Ontario. This is an opportunity to work with a leading consumer brand in a clean, organized, and fast-paced warehouse environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing, inspecting, grading, troubleshooting, and processing mobile devices and other consumer electronics. This role combines device screening, quality inspection, functional testing, and general warehouse/material-handling duties. Previous experience with mobile devices, electronics testing, warehouse operations, or material handling is an asset. Benefits of This Opportunity

Job Responsibilities You may be responsible for:

• Testing, analyzing, and diagnosing existing and incoming mobile devices and consumer electronics.
• Performing functional testing to ensure devices are operating properly.
• Checking basic device functions, including Bluetooth, applications, charging ports, speakers, cameras, and other features.
• Inspecting devices and components to ensure they meet quality and operational standards.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting product faults and technical issues.
• Performing hardware testing and functional testing on various devices.
• Testing and evaluating devices such as iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches, and Android devices.
• Grading devices based on their physical condition and functionality.
• Performing data wipe procedures according to company requirements.
• Using device reset software and other systems required for processing devices.
• Checking device information, including IMEI and other identifying information.
• Identifying damaged, defective, or non-functioning devices.
• Following established quality control and device processing procedures.
• Moving products and materials throughout the facility as required.
• Performing general warehouse and material-handling duties.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Following all company safety, security, and operational procedures.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Who We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Mobile Device Screener, Electronics Tester, Warehouse Associate, Quality Control Associate, or Material Handler is an asset.
• Knowledge of mobile devices, including iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Android devices.
• Knowledge of UPH (Units Per Hour) and productivity requirements.
• Knowledge of IMEI numbers and device identification.
• Familiarity with device reset software.
• Knowledge of data wipe procedures.
• Experience performing hardware and functional testing is an asset.
