Printing Press Operator Flexible Packaging- $18-$20/hr.-Monthly 12 hrs. Rotating Shift

Printing Press Operator – Flexible Packaging Location: Mississauga, ON
Pay: $18–$20/hour, based on experience
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift Day: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Monthly rotation between day and night shifts.
We are hiring an experienced Printing Press Operator with 2+ years of hands-on printing press experience. Experience in flexible packaging, flexographic/flexo printing, or industrial printing is strongly preferred.
What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor printing press equipment
• Set up and adjust the printing press
• Perform machine adjustments and changeovers
• Monitor print quality, colour, ink, and registration
• Perform quality checks during production
• Identify and report equipment or production issues
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

What We Need

• 2+ years of Printing Press Operator experience
• Hands-on experience with press setup, operation, and adjustments
• Experience with flexographic/flexo, gravure, or industrial printing presses
• Experience with W&H, Miraflex, Uteco, Heidelberg, or Gravure equipment is preferred
• Flexible packaging experience is an asset
• Good English communication
• Basic math and measuring tape skills
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including some weekends
