We're hiring a Maintenance Electrician in Woodstock!
  • Full-time, long-term career opportunity
  • Rotating shifts: Days (6:00 AM–2:00 PM), Afternoons (2:00 PM–10:00 PM), and Midnights (10:00 PM–6:00 AM)
  • Preference given to candidates available for a steady midnight shift

Responsibilities:
  • Support manufacturing processes and production operations
  • Perform electrical repairs, installations, and troubleshooting on production and facility equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, and related equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, drawings, and machine specifications
  • Perform preventative maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability
  • Recommend technical solutions and implement equipment improvements
  • Ensure all work follows company quality procedures, safety requirements, and applicable industry standards
  • Follow ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 procedures
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external service providers
  • Complete additional maintenance duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Licensed Journeyman Electrician with 442A or 309A certification
  • Minimum 1 year of industrial electrician experience required; 3+ years preferred
  • 3–5 years of related experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the Ontario Electrical Code
  • Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and HMIs is an asset
  • Experience with various VFDs is an asset
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems
  • Working knowledge of ISO/IATF procedures
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
  • Ability to work rotating shifts
