Service Technician & Sale Associate

We are a home health care and mobility equipment store providing sales, rentals, delivery, installation, setup, and after-sales support.

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on individual with good general technical and mechanical abilities. The main responsibilities include equipment assembly, installation, setup, adjustment, basic troubleshooting, and delivery to customer locations when required.

The employee will also assist with in-store sales, customer service, product selection, and other daily store operations. Basic computer skills and good communication with customers are important for this position.

Previous experience with mobility or home health care equipment is not required. Product-specific training will be provided to familiarize the employee with our products, equipment, installation procedures, and basic technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, install, adjust, and perform basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Use common hand and power tools for general technical tasks.
• Assist with delivery, setup, and installation at customer locations.
• Support in-store sales and help customers with product selection.
• Provide professional customer service and after-sales support.
• Use computers for sales, orders, customer records, and other daily tasks such as update inventory in web.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
