Warehouse Team Member

People store is currently hiring for a Warehouse Team Member to join our client's team in Dartmouth! We are looking for employees that can start as soon as possible.

Pay

$18.15 per hour

Available Shifts

1. Warehouse Team Member – 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM
Tuesday to Saturday

2. Warehouse Team Member – 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM or 6:00 PM
Monday to Friday

3. Warehouse Support – 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Tuesday to Saturday

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for:

• Loading and unloading shipments safely and efficiently
• Moving products using pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment
• Picking, receiving, storing, and loading products using RF equipment
• Counting products and comparing them against manifests
• Inspecting shipments for damage
• Storing merchandise in the appropriate locations
• Reworking orders to meet customer requirements
• Assisting with physical inventory counts
• Break down cardboard boxes
• Sort Styrofoam and plastic waste
• Move debris to designated outdoor waste containers
• No regular/food waste involved
• Cleaning and disposing of cardboard, strapping, bracing, and other warehouse materials
• Following instructions and completing other warehouse duties as required

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
• Some high school education; high school diploma is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle products
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
