Crown Reach Forklift Operator

Worklynx Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Crown Reach Forklift Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse operation in Ancaster. While primary duties center on operating a Crown Reach forklift, experience operating a Crown Order Picker is a strong asset (candidates with solid Crown Reach experience and transferable skills will also be considered).

This is a hands-on role combining equipment operation with general warehouse responsibilities in a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate a Crown Reach forklift to pick, move, put away, and replenish warehouse inventory from high racking. Perform daily equipment inspections and adhere to safety standards.
• Order Fulfillment: Retrieve products, utilize RF scanners, follow precise warehouse picking procedures, and assist with order picking, packing, and staging.
• Material Handling: Load and unload shipments as required while maintaining high productivity and accuracy throughout the shift.
• Facility Support: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, contributing to overall warehouse organization and team goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience operating a Crown Reach forklift (required); Crown Order Picker experience is highly preferred.
• Physical & Technical Capabilities: Comfortable working at heights on elevated equipment; able to handle regular physical labor (frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting) throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Certifications: Valid Forklift Operator Certification is preferred.
• Professional Attributes: Strong dependability, excellent attendance, punctuality, and a safety-first mindset.
• Transit: Must have reliable personal transportation to the Ancaster facility (site is not accessible via public transit).
